Unfortunately, you will need to book your flights. In order for me to book them I would need access to your credit card information and accont sign on, frequent flyer accounts and other sensitive information that you should never share with anyone.

Airline flight prices can change minute to minute, hour to hour, and day to day, all at the whim of the airlines. Therefore, I cannot guarantee the lowest price. I can only tell you what price is available at the time you contract with me to search for you.

You are paying for my time and knowledge. Sometimes there simply are not any redemptions or reasonable redemptions available. If you ak me for somethingI know to be impossible, like 6 Q Suites on points as an example, I will let you know that upfront and not charge you. Otherwise the charge is for me to do the search. But, I will keep your search open and continue to regularly look for tickets for you. Availability changes all the time.

There is a certain amount of risk inherent in the points game. There is never a guarantee that flights that are available when I search will still be available when you go to book. Anyone can book fights at any time. If you attempt to book within 24 hours of my search results and flights are no longer available, then I will do another search for you. But deciding to transfer points and book are entirely at your own risk. Points cannot be transferred back to your credit card account. They also cannot be transferred to another airline in most instances, Avios are a notable exception. You are solely respsible for any risk you choose to take when deciding to transfer points to transfer partner loyalty programs for bookings. I encourage everyone to be sure flights are still available before transfer and to hold flights before transferring when that is an option.

Once you submit you request for services, I will review it and send a Venmo link for you to submit payment. Once payment is received I will start your search. If you make a request I know I cannot fulfill, I will reply to that effect, and not charge you anything.

Flexibility is the biggest key. The more flexible you are the more likely it is that I an find you tickets. Could you fly a day earlier, come home a day later, take a positioning flight, fly from or into an alternate airport, split people into different cabins or flights and so on? Being flexible on any of these may increase your chances of finding a great redemption. Sometimes we just get lucky though and what you want is there, no flexibility needed.

Hotel bookings on points are, generally, much more straightforward. It would be a waste of your hard-earned dollars to pay me for that.
